The MCD Project Delivery Organization, which is a part of MCD, has the following priorities: • Build and operate a world-class, efficient and reliable organization to support our customers’ journey toward their next-generation business • Help SAP customers realize the innovation power of SAP HANA and the SAP Cloud on a continuous basis • Accelerate innovations on the SAP HANA platform (SAP Business Suite powered by SAP HANA, industries, and high value apps) • Provision system landscapes, install applications, and perform upgrades & migrations • Provide technology consulting for HEC Projects • Perform project management for all HEC Delivery Projects • Act as the main interface to the customer project team to ensure effective communication These priorities are transferred into the MCD Project Delivery Organization in order to support the accelerated SAP HANA growth and adoption goals, and to ensure that SAP customers have an effective & secure way to move into the HANA Enterprise Cloud. In order to increase our bandwidth and to ensure execution excellence of regional delivery teams, the MCD Project Delivery Organization requires experienced Business Services Managers. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with the expertise and skills for the following:

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• You manage a team of delivery experts who drive engagements from the first hand-shake with the customer to a lasting innovation partnership in the SAP Cloud, beyond the first go-live. In this role, you also represent SAP to customers and partners where necessary and hold the entire delivery accountability for your region covered • You oversee customer engagements where team members are involved • You focus the team on delivery excellence and customer focus while building and growing a high performance team in line with the tactical and strategic direction you help to shape • You manage resources to ensure critical and innovative results while establishing lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders

WORK EXPERIENCE

 Five or more years of experience in customer facing engagements  Fluent English and one additional local language

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills • Strong Analytical and Project Management Competencies • Strong business acumen + plus technology/solution background • Strong, proactive leadership capabiltiies, with the ability to align with flexible stakeholder networks across regions as well as senior leadership • Solid understanding of SAP HANA and SAP Cloud technology topics • Strong intercultural business and team skills • Actively guide the de-escalation of projects where necessary Preferred skills • Good understanding of SAP Next Generation solutions and services (Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, HANA, Sybase) • Basic knowledge in SAP technologies would be an advantage
