Must Have Skills:

Strong advance PLSQL knowledge

PLSQL/SQL Performance Tuning

Strong at Oracle Applications AOL concepts

Forms/Reports Customization/Personalization experience

XML Publisher experience

Oracle CRM and TCA concepts

Basics like P2P, O2C cycles, main Oracle financials flow

Should understand the SDLC life cycle and should have work through it, in variety of context

Hands on experience:

Should have good communication skills

Should be able to work on a project from scratch and be able to work on end to end flows

Should have exposure to maintenance and support projects

Should good aptitude

Good to have Skills:

Oracle Workflow

Being a techno functional will be a plus

Exposure on custom solution, advance benefits and compensation

Custom solution in HRMS in a plus

Worked in Oracle Apps R12
