Facebook is at the forefront of that change. We are seeking an experienced and energetic HR Business Partner to support our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as it scales to double in size. This is a full-time role located in our Hyderabad office.



Responsibilities



  • Responsible for building relationships with teams to implement strategies that meet the development objectives of Facebook



  • Serve as primary contact for all client groups in Hyderabad to assist employees in resolving issues and grievances



  • Provided strategic business partnership to senior executives and provide executive coaching to top leaders



  • Focus on performance management, leadership development, and conflict management



  • Partner with global HR leaders as well as other cross-functional teams across L&D, Compensation, and Benefits on communications and best practices



  • Develop HR/people oriented programs to positively impact change management



  • Assess employee development needs and make recommendations for appropriate solutions



  • Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building



  • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees



  • Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts




Requirements



  • 8+ years HR experience in a growth environment (preferably in a technology, media or high-tech organization) and have been an actively contributing member of an HR team



  • 4+ years experience as a HR Business Partner or equivalent



  • A roll up your sleeves and get it done leadership style and marked by a high level of energy and attention to detail



  • Knowledge of HR laws and applications and demonstrated project management/change management skills



  • Comfortable operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment



  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skills



  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and with tight time frames



  • Ability and desire to work with employees at all levels in the organization
