Job description
- You’ll handle the entire chain from product ideation, through exploration and design, to launch and iteration i.e. conceptualize new products/features, do first-cut interaction design, create low level mockups, work with the dev team for coding, design, QA and finally product launch.
- You don’t have to write code, but you need to be technical enough to understand pseudocode, interpret algorithms, run simple DB queries to generate reports, make the odd commits to SVN etc.
- You should have good understanding of social media marketing, SEO, search engine algorithms, keyword tracking, knowledge of web development & design (HTML/CSS/AJAX) and how it affects SEO.
- Prior experience in tracking traffic trends & metrics using Google Analytics, Quantcast, Comscore, and exposure to tools like Kissmetrics, usability testing is a plus.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in product management, program management or product delivery roles in a strong technology / engineering environment
- MBA is a must have; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
