Education required:
Masters degree in Business Administration
Experience required:
– Min 7-10 year Sales and Marketing experience in FMCG, with at-least 3-4 years specific experience in Personal Care category (preferred shaving)
– Proven affinity or relevant experience in brand management, strategy, distribution and shopper marketing
– Experienced in working with multi-cultural, multi-functional global teams
Languages required and proficiency (basic, intermediate, advanced or fluent):
– English (fluent)

– Excellent product/brand marketing and project management skills
– Strong financial understanding, ability to manage a P&L
– Strong interpersonal & communication skills
– Strong developed conceptual, strategic thinking skills, assertive attitude, able to think out-of-the-box
– Experience with Digital marketing
– Team player and good organizational and analytical skills;
– Entrepreneur, interactive, creative, pragmatic and goal oriented go-getter that takes initiative.

Key responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be managing part of a key Personal Care portfolio.
You are Responsible for the Annual Operating Plan for your category in terms of sales turnover, brand position, NPS, market share , and also achieve other financial indicators , including IGM, ISM, etc.
You are the owner and driver regarding the Marketing Plan:
– Creation of associated marketing strategies for the product category, in which you make use of the full marketing mix;
– You determine, initiate, implement and evaluate this marketing approach, focused on short term, as well as long term activities including budget control;
– Responsible for the local market, competition and consumer analysis that help you determine your marketing strategy;
– Responsible for product marketing and marketing communication management
– Ensuring that optimal positioning of the product portfolio is established with an accurate mix for the selected product assortment and relevant selected accounts
– Using customer knowledge to continuously improve positioning and look for opportunities to optimize customer and consumer needs in cooperation with other departments
– Propose, analyze, summarize consumer and shopper research to drive insights
You support in development of the long-term vision and 3-5 year strategy for the category
– Support the development of comprehensive strategy and identifies adjacent white spaces
– Work with category on market potential identification and new product development
– Help create and assess the product/proposition roadmap
