JOB TITLE: Senior Planning Executive & Category Lead
JOB LOCATION: Delhi Regional Office
DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain
- Take primary responsibility to ensure all HUL SOPs have been shared with Units and take initiative to resolve all pending grievances of 2P/3P units.
- Provide required support to units to resolve major commercial issues.
- Provide all requisite planning / logistical support to deliver on-time implementation of key networks. Be the touch point for Branch Logistics & Unit.
- Provide support to units for PR /PO conversion. For this lot of follow up may be required with different stakeholders & resolve the following recurring issues:
- art work not sent /
- Contract not there /
- Liaise with factories to maintain production booking Hygiene and monitoring of day to day bookings
- Partial contract released etc.
- Loss entry for all units for production & material planning (if not done by HULrs).
- On-line control of MRP, production planning. & Dispatch Compliances & share the MIS to HULr.
- Supporting the units for all logistics issues and Monitoring DD performance of units.
- Liaison with network planner, compile all factory Plan in One file for circulation of MIS
- Attend important Collabs and ensure NTPO. Be the single point contact for planners for all changes
- Maintain hygiene of dispatch compliance portal.
- Liaise with all factories to control the inventory and ensure least write off on account of RM/PM. unless approved by planner & Central SCF. Also trying to ensure no loss for RM PM
- Liaise with all factories to ensure the CAD points are mitigated .Highlight issues – which needs escalation
- Supporting the factories on all system related issues and do coordination between Help desk & Units to resolve the issue
- Training new Technical Executives on MRP, OTIF and SAP. Keeping an eye on compliances
- Training Unit commercial team in terms of any new process & procedures.
- Ensure SOP compliance for :
- HUL Asset transfer to any 2P/ 3P Unit.
- Monitor Production Reversal for Units
- Follow up for Statutory compliance
- Supporting on CEP Projects on GSM so that GSM supplied is aligned with the midpoint of the RANGE
- Be a part of PACE implementation Team and ensure Physical Hygiene of Units
Essential Skills:
- Experience in Internal audit
- Planning
- Stakeholder management
- Understanding of control scenario.
- Understanding of factory operation.
- Communication and presentation skills
- Technical skills: MS Office Suite, SQL, relational databases, Tableau
Educational Qualification:
Graduate or Master’s in Commerce
Experience:
5-10 years of relevant experience
