Position Summary – This position is responsible for supervising and ensuring accurate processing of monthly payroll & related compliance, benefits administration (insurance, reimbursements, leave) for all BT India employees, as well as SAP data management for BT Asia. This position will have significant impact at regional level.
Key Responsibility -
1. Supervise and ensure accurate monthly payroll processing and related compliance, in adherence to BT guidelines and statutory requirements
2. Manage HR Connect employee data for BT India & BT Asia employees and also ensure proper administration of CMT, ES portal and other such data tools
3. Ensure timely and accurate closure (from payroll perspective) of periodic activities like annual pay review, annual leave credit, actuarial valuation, finance provisioning, insurance renewals, employee confirmations
4. Ensure smooth administration of PF, SAF, gratuity payments and group employee insurance policies (term life, personal accident, hospitalization)
5. Lead employee services project based activities for Asia region (automation, data migration, SAP changes, new tools) in coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholders
6. Manage HR administration support for employee life cycle activities
7. Prepare periodic MIS reports as per business requirements (Head count/Salary/leave etc) and provide base data for market benchmarking exercises
Qualifications
Education required: Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Master’s Degree in Human Resources and/or functional training in SAP strong advantage.
Number of years of experience required: 2-5 years of relevant experience in managing Payroll/HR administration function. Experience in Statutory Compliance preferably in manufacturing industry
