As System Administration Manager II – Windows Support expert, you will lead the support effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
Required Skills
· Requires 5-10 years’ experience & proficiency working Windows
· Leading Professional Team Members in Windows.
· 5 to 10 years’ real world experience managing or supporting in the IT industry with relevant certifications and degrees
· Ability to identify technology trends and drive strategic direction for a group
· Able to work comfortably with ambiguity and minimal direction
· Proficient in both written / verbal communications, and has outstanding customer facing skills
· Prefer some experience managing budgets, providing forecasts and producing financial analysis of monthly P&L’s
· Project Management experience, including data center migrations and major software upgrades
· Strong leadership and vendor management skills
· Inspiring leader able to action deliverables and initiatives on schedule
· Good understanding of processes, resources and procedures
· Working knowledge of ITIL
Requirements
· ITIL Foundation Certification
· MCSE
· Multiyear team lead experience
· Understanding RFP process
· PMP
