The job role and responsibilities includes:

Candidate will be involved in Project support to respective Managers and team, meetings scheduling and important events from time to time.

Travel and related activities for Manager and their teams.

Claims and reimbursement filing and follow-ups and settlements

Visitor, Event management and Client handling,

Logistics coordination and support to respective project managers and their teams

Teaming with other departments and proactive response and follow-ups and having backup admin support

Assistance support to the project team for day to day administrative related activities.

Total Experience – 6 + years

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree


• At least 6 years experience in Logistics coordination


• At least 6 years experience in Client engagement


• English: Fluent
