Job Location - Pune.

 Experience – 12 to 30 months.

 Technical Skills - Control M.

 

Purpose of the Job -

To ensure successful delivery by being a team member of the software project team. The responsibilities include activities described in the software project lifecycle. This would entail areas such as

Design: Participate in the technical design

Coding:  Analyse and develop code as per specifications.

Reviews: Participate in review of design/code/test plan and test results

Testing: Prepare unit test plans, Conduct unit testing and system integration testing.

Support: Provide post development support.

 

Principal Accountabilities	Key activities and decision making areas
Design	Analyse / Review the requirement, prepare the design document as per requirements and delivered within schedule by adhering to the engineering and quality standards.
Coding and Unit Testing of Programs assigned	Develop / Modify / Review the code as per the design.Develop / Modify / Review the unit test plan, test cases and test data as per the design.Conduct unit testing and log results.
Testing ( Integration testing / System testing / UAT etc.)	Performing / providing support for testing.Documenting all the results as per the quality
Adherence to quality standards and procedures	Conduct peer reviews to ensure standards are followed.Prepare all documents as per quality
Team Player	Should be a team player.Flexibility.Sharing.Initiative.Maintaining congenial work environment.
Compliance	Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls.Implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy.Should deliver considering the operational risk associated with the role.

 

Qualification -

Bachelor of Engineering or Technology, Post graduate diploma in computer applications, Master in computer applications, Master’s in Engineering or Technology with less then three years of work experience in IT companies.

 Additional Comments -  

- Knowledge of ControlM Version 7 Enterprise Manager and Desktop

- Knowledge of Schedule design and development using ControlM Desktop

- Working experience of Control M utilities (server/EM).

- Complete understanding of Control M architectire.

- Basic Knowledge of Control M Admin activities is useful.

- Added knowledge of xml and Perl is useful

- Should possess good knowledge of UNIX OS with an experience of shell scripting

- Should possess good knowledge of DB concepts with an experience of SQL.

- Exposure to Production support is desirable

- Should possess excellent communication skills

- Candidate should be willing to work in non-business hours and over the weekends.
